Aladdin Appraisal is amazing to work with, and I give the company my highest recommendation. After reviewing the site online, I knew I wanted to work with them. I can say now after the project has been completed that I could not be happier with the work. Adam is professional and expert and goes way beyond what might be expected. The appraisal was not only right on, but in addition, it included so many more descriptive details, photos, and even comps when compared to a usual appraisal by another company. Adam brings so much experience to the job and is incredibly thorough and thoughtful. The supplemental material in the document even included a list of Accessory Dwelling Regulations as a follow up to the visit. All of the information has been so helpful to our family. The whole Aladdin team is terrific. Bunthida responded quickly to my first inquiry to ask for a quote and she was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process.
