At Aladdin Appraisal, we are committed to protecting the privacy and trust of our clients—especially when providing services that involve in-home data collection for floor plans and measurements. This Privacy Notice explains how we handle any information collected during the process of producing floor plans and square footage measurements using our mobile scanning technology.

What We Collect
As part of our floor plan service, we conduct an interior walkthrough of the property using scanning technology. This process captures visual data of the home’s interior layout, which may include:
Furniture and fixtures Wall layouts and room dimensions Location of kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances Identifiable features of the home’s interior We do not capture or store personal conversations, documents, or digital activity.

How We Handle the Data
Video footage is not stored by Aladdin Appraisal. It is uploaded directly to a secure third-party platform used to generate floor plans and is then automatically deleted from our mobile device. We do not retain or share the original footage with clients or third parties. Final deliverables provided to clients include: A floor plan with labeled rooms and fixtures An ANSI-compliant square footage analysis based on exterior measurements

Use of Floor Plan Data
We may occasionally use floor plan data (not footage or raw scans) for internal purposes such as:
Staff training and workflow optimization Quality control Marketing samples or templates In such cases, all identifying information such as names, addresses, or unique property features is removed or masked to ensure anonymity.

What We Don’t Do
We do not share or sell client data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not provide clients with access to the raw scan data or vendor-generated files. We do not name or disclose the software or scanning provider to avoid potential misuse or circumvention of our professional services.

Who Has Access
Access to floor plan-related data is restricted to:
Authorized Aladdin Appraisal team members involved in report production Legal authorities, only when required by law or subpoena
